WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
When signing up for our Friends of Ffwrwm newsletter, we collect your email address only.
We collect this information through forms on our website or if you have chosen to give us this information in writing.
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
We also collect information such as when you have opened or clicked on one of our emails. This helps us work out which of our emails are most interesting to our subscribers. We store the date you signed up and your approximate location.???????

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
Your data is transferred and stored securely with our Email Service Provider, MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC). Your data is transferred and stored on Mailchimp’s servers in the USA. MailChimp is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement which means your data is protected under high standards of the Privacy Shield Framework. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
Your information is stored for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we keep your information for 3 years. We do this to keep a record of your email address to ensure you are not re-subscribed to our mailing list. You can request for your information to be deleted by emailing info@ffwrwm.com We will never email you marketing messages if you have unsubscribed.
From time-to-time, we may clean up our mailing list by deleting subscribers who have not opened any of our emails for a long period of time.
YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR INFORMATION
